Men’s Breakfast
Saturday, June 15 (7–8:30 a.m.)
The Men’s Group at SouthBrook Christian Church meets on the third Saturday every month for breakfast at one bistro. The Guest Speaker this month will be Clark Miller, Area Director for “Man in the Mirror” ministries. Cost is $10 per person. All men are welcome to attend, so bring a friend and join us. Community Meals
Every Wednesday (5–7 p.m.)
Our neighbors are invited to enjoy a Community Meal at one bistro. In our “pay what you can concept,” we ask those who are unable to pay for a meal to volunteer an hour or two of time as a means of payment. However, at Community Meals, our neighbors have the opportunity to enjoy a good meal and the pleasure of good company without having to volunteer. Community Meals are offered from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.
If you would like to volunteer for our Community Meals, please sign up online between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. at your availability.
2 Cups Coffee & Bakery
Tuesday–Saturday (7 a.m.–2 p.m.)
2 Cups, owned and operated by Melissa Mueller, is a coffee and bakery shop dedicated to serving the less fortunate, both locally and globally.
For each cup of coffee purchased, a portion of the proceeds will benefit charity:water, a non-profit bringing clean and safe drinking water to developing nations. A portion of the proceeds from each bakery item will help bring nutritious food to children in Miamisburg.
Menu: Brewed coffee, specialty espresso, hot tea, scones, tarts, breads, pretzels, cookies, muffins, cream puffs, biscotti, cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, and croissants. Hours: 2 Cups is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
