Pay It Forward

A Small Act of Kindness. A Big Impact.

At One Bistro, Pay It Forward isn’t just a phrase—it’s a way of life.

It’s how we serve our neighbors, feed our community, and spread hope one meal at a time.

Every person who walks through our doors has the chance to make a difference. Whether it’s adding a few dollars to your bill, sponsoring a table, or giving your time in the café—you’re helping someone else experience love, dignity, and purpose.

What Does It Mean to Pay It Forward?

At the end of your meal, you’ll hear a simple question:

“Would you like to pay it forward today?”

There’s no pressure.

You can say yes, no, or choose to give in another meaningful way.

Because here, every act of generosity matters.

Join Our Volunteer Team

Volunteers are the heart behind the mission at One Bistro.

Whether you’re preparing food, serving guests, or washing dishes, you’re helping build a table where everyone is welcome. With only three full-time staff, we depend on volunteers.

We welcome:

  • Neighbors in need volunteering in exchange for a meal
  • Supporters who want to give back with their time and talents
  • Great for individuals, families, church groups, and corporate teams.

While we pray for volunteers to be the hands and feet of Jesus, all are welcome—regardless of faith.
